Accessible Dungeons & Dragons: Co-designed Tabletop Storytelling with Adults with Learning Disabilities - Celebration event
We are looking for a student videographer to film and edit a short (1–2 minute) video capturing a co‑productive public engagement event. The role involves filming the event in a flexible, respectful way, capturing atmosphere, activities, and short participant voice clips, and producing a simple, well‑edited final video suitable for web and reporting use. Working closely with the event lead and prioritising participant comfort is essential.
Date: Tuesday 12th May 2026
Location: Fan Boy Three, 25 Hilton St, Manchester M1 1EL (travel time from campus 30 minutes)
Event Time: 2.5 hours total. Event duration: 1pm - 3pm. Please arrive at 12.30pm to ensure time to chat with the event lead about filming requirements and set up. Filming to begin when the event starts at 1pm.
Editing time: 4 hours
Total: 7 hours
There could be further opportunities to work on other events with the Public Engagement with Research Team.
