As part of a major transformation programme to modernise the systems that support the student journey, we are recruiting Data Quality Specialists to join our Education Services teams during a period of significant change and activity.
Working with large and complex datasets, you will be responsible for cleansing, validating, and standardising information to ensure the highest standards of data quality. Your contribution will help support the successful delivery of core services while maintaining data accuracy and integrity during a high-volume operational period.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop expertise in data quality management and information governance, while gaining experience of working within a large and complex university environment undergoing significant digital transformation.
You will be working as part of the Data, Projects and Reporting Service within the broader remit of Education Services. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- data cleansing, validation and standardisation
- maintaining student records and curriculum systems

Dates: Monday 22 June - Friday 14 August 2026 (We will consider candidates who are available for work for at least 75% of the scheduled 8-week duration. Please include your availability within your covering letter)
Hours: 35 hours per week full time.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:45am-4:30pm with an unpaid 45-minute lunch break
