Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

This role will support the smooth running of a conference on 'Comedy and Racial Justice,' including registering delegates and assisting the conference organisers. You will be responsible for operating the meeting Owl and taking care of online delegates. Technical training will be provided for this.

Dates: 22 and 23 April 2025

Hours of Work: 8 hours per day (16 hours total)

You will be required to attend training on use of the Owl and be briefed on the conference in w/c 7th April (exact date TBC)

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements:

Good oral communication skills.
Ability to learn and operate new technology.
Ability to work independently.
