Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

We are seeking talented student musicians to perform instrumental acoustic music at the Grand Final of the Ideas Festival, an ideas competition. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your musical skills in front of a diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

Arrive and set up by 12:00 PM to ensure readiness for a 12:30 PM performance.

Perform a 30-minute set of instrumental music (no lyrics or vocals). Please note there is little to no access to power, so acoustic performances are ideal.

Ensure a professional and engaging performance.

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements -

Must be a current Manchester Met student with a passion for music.
Ability to perform instrumental music.
Experience playing at events is preferred but not essential.
Available for date/times stated on the advert
