Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

We’re looking for passionate students in the Faculty of Health to feature in an exciting short educational film. Filming will take place on the afternoon of the Wednesday 6 August and should take roughly 2 hours.

What’s involved:
• Being filmed in a team undertaking basic life support
• Speaking roles and non-speaking roles are available
• Prior to the shoot, you will also be asked to have a short online meeting with a lecturer to discuss the film, and you will be asked to read a short script.

Date: Wednesday 6 August 2025
Hours of Work: 4 hours

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who have already undergone the legal checks required to work and are on the Jobs4Students’ Processed Through Payroll list, and who meet the following requirements -

A current student enrolled on one of the Nursing programmes in the School of Nursing and Public Health.
Able to learn a brief script, comfortable with being filmed for an educational resource.
