Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

The School of Nursing & Public health are looking for 6 Student Nurse Facilitators to support a virtual visit day on 29^th May from 10.00 – 13.00

The visit day involves talking about your placement and simulation experience to an online group of prospective students. A member of the teaching team will be present to support, however you will need to be confident addressing a group online, answering questions, and contributing to the discussion.

Times: 10am to 1pm

Hours of Work: 3

Details of briefing: You will be sent details of the visit day by email and will have the opportunity to ask any questions prior to the visit day

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements -

Be part of the Student Nurse Facilitator Group
Able to commit to attending on 29^th May for the full 3 hours 10am – 1pm
Good communication skills - able to talk about your university experience clearly and confidently in an online setting
Confident interacting with new people in an online setting, as part of a group
Comfortable talking about your placement and simulation experience during your Nursing studies
