Love creating content that actually gets views? Got TikTok or Instagram experience and a knack for making people stop scrolling? We’re looking for a Student Content Creator to showcase our cafés, restaurants, and catering outlets across campus. From taste tests to behind-the-scenes tours, you’ll be the face and the brains behind fun, creative videos and posts that show off what’s on offer.
What You’ll Do
-
Plan, film, edit, and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
-
Be comfortable on camera as well as behind it – hosting, reviewing, and presenting in a way that connects with other students.
-
Work with the Catering & Hospitality team to highlight menus, special offers, seasonal events, and everyday student favourites.
-
Come up with creative ideas that grow reach, boost engagement, and make our outlets stand out.
-
Balance one day a week on campus filming with a remote day producing and editing content.
What We’re Looking For
-
Confident, creative, and full of ideas that grab attention.
-
Experience in creating engaging content on TikTok/Instagram (you’ve got the receipts to prove it – show us your work).
-
Strong editing skills and the ability to turn around high-quality content quickly.
-
Your own equipment (phone/camera, editing tools/software) to film and produce content.
-
Reliable and organised – able to balance creativity with deadlines.
The Perks
-
Paid student role (casual contract).
-
Real-world content creation experience for your portfolio.
-
A chance to put your personal style into a uni project that thousands of students will see.
