Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.
 
We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Student Ambassadors to support the Native Creative event, hosted in partnership with the Manchester Publicity Association (MPA). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a high-profile creative industry event, meet professionals, and represent your university in a professional capacity.
 
  • Guiding event organisers and guests to rooms, from session to session and to faculties on campus
  • Helping stallholders set up and down
  • Assisting with registration of guests
There are 4 hour 'shifts' covering the two sessions (AM and PM).
AM: 8:30 - 12:30
PM: 12:30 - 4:30
 
Date: Thursday 06 November
Location: Business School
Hours of Work: 4 - 8 hours
Details of briefing/training: Briefing on the day

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements - 
  • Good knowledge of the Business School building
  • Confident communicators with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive in offering help.
  • Comfortable engaging with both students and industry professionals.
  • Interested in events, media, or the creative industries.
