Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

Manchester Met’s International Office run events throughout the year designed for prospective international students to provide them with more information on the University and the application process, as well as key services and support available.

We would love to hear about your experience about studying as an international student. We are hosting an Agents Conference for education agents and advisors, and on Friday 30 January are holding a current International Student Q&A panel from 11am to 12pm. These education advisers will ask you questions about your experience as an international student. This session will be arranged and hosted by members of the International Office.

Person Specification

The current opportunity is available for current international Manchester Met students who meet the following criteria:
- Be a friendly, engaging and positive representative of your course, department and Manchester Met
- Ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts
- Good organisational and presentation skills
- Able to ‘think on your feet’
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Successful candidate should be comfortable speaking in public (estimated around 40 attendees).
