Event to be covered: School of Children’s Futures
We are recruiting student videographers to support the School of Children’s Futures Saturday School Programme, capturing documentary-style video content that will contribute to a short programme film and university communications.
You will work as part of a team, filming key programme moments and contributing to the creation of a final short video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film key moments including classroom activities, assemblies, performances and celebrations
- Capture guided short interviews or reflections where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with programme staff
- Follow safeguarding, consent and ethical filming guidance when working with children
- Organise, label and securely store recorded footage
- Contribute to editing and preparing selected footage

Dates: Saturday 7 March AND Saturday 21 March
Event Time: 9:00am–1:00pm (both dates)
Editing time: 8 hours
Please bear in mind that the successful student will need to review the full length of video recorded and have time to edit this and so should be longer than the event time.
