We're seeking organised and enthusiastic students who are currently studying an undergraduate course from the Faculty of Science and Engineering to work as student ambassadors at two upcoming Clearing Visit Day events on Wednesday 19 August and Wednesday 26 August 2026.
These events give students who have joined us through Clearing the chance to learn more about the University, hear from our staff and students, and take a look at our facilities.
We're looking to recruit students from each of the departments in Science and Engineering:
The School of Computing and Mathematics
The School of Engineering and Environment

- Support academics by answering questions and sharing your experiences as a student with visitors.
- Guide visitors across campus.
- Support academic staff during their tours of the department.
