Clearing Visit Day Health and Education Ambassadors

The Health and Education team are currently seeking to recruit proactive, organised, professional, and enthusiastic health and education students to work at our Clearing Visit Days on Wednesday 19 August and Wednesday 26 August.  

The team requires students from the following courses: 
x1 Psychology ambassador 
x1 Education/Early Years and Children Studies/Primary Education ambassador 
x1 Physiotherapy ambassador 
x1 Speech and Language Therapy ambassador 
x1 Social Care/Social Work ambassador  

Details: 

Dates: Wednesday 19 August and Wednesday 26 August 

Times: 11:30pm - 2:00pm (2.5 hours) 

Event: Clearing Visit Days 

Location: Geoffrey Manton Building

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements -  

• -Enrolled on one of the following courses: Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Primary Education, Education/Early Years and Childhood Studies, Psychology, Social Care or Social Work.  

• -Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with staff, prospective students and teachers  

• -Responsible attitude and the ability to show initiative 

• -Able to contribute and work effectively as part of a team or independently 

• -A commitment to providing excellent customer service and a professional approach, always 

• -A positive perspective on Higher Education, educational experiences more broadly, and the University 

• -Able to work flexibly to ensure smooth delivery of events
