Inspire the next generation of postgraduate Manchester Met Business and Law students.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, organised and proactive postgraduate students from the Faculty of Business and Law to represent their subject area as course representatives throughout the academic year.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and guide visitors at our open days (Semester 1 and 2) and offer holder event (Semester 3)
- Support academics during events, answer prospective students’ questions, and share your experiences of university life
- Create engaging content about your course to support marketing email campaigns and social media
- Participate in focus groups organised by the Marketing team to provide real insights into your university experience
- Working with us to keep us up to date with anything noteworthy happening in your course e.g. guest lecturers, field trips, etc.
We’re looking for students who are proactive, organised, professional and enthusiastic to support us throughout the year. You’ll be required to provide information to future students on the benefits of postgraduate education and share key selling points of Manchester Met.
Our postgraduate open days will be on the following dates:
- Wednesday 18 November 2026
- Saturday 13 February 2027
- Wednesday 5 May 2027
You must be available for at least two of these dates. You’ll typically work 4-5 hours at an open day. We’re also planning to hold an offer holder event in early July (date and working hours TBC).
