The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.
There is an opportunity for six students to work as a Student Ambassador at a busy and popular careers fair for Law School students at Manchester Met. The event gives students the opportunity to meet and network with a wide and diverse range of legal employers, professional and diversity groups, and the Law School's pro bono network partners.
The role:
- To help meet and greet exhibitors and show them to their tables and help carry and unpack items.
- To help meet and greet students coming in to the fair.
- To help register students for the event using zappers.
- To help filter students who are attending lectures taking place in the lecture theatres alongside the fair in & out of the area without disruption to the fair attendees.
- To be on door duty for breakout talks and help filter students in and out of rooms for these talks.
- To watch over the exhibitors’ bags and other personal belongings being left in the designated area.
- To show the exhibitors to the food & refreshments area and help supervise this area.
- To circulate around students and encourage them to complete evaluation by electronic means.

Hours of Work: 11:00am- 3:30pm (4.5 hours work)
