Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.
 
The Alumni team are looking for a student to work as a Database Administrator, providing administrative and database support to the Development and Alumni Relations team, including:

* Adding and updating details on the alumni CRM database Raiser’s Edge
* Assist with processing library applications
* Cross checking event registration data against Raiser’s Edge
Updating records, adding codes and adding information to records as required

Dates: w/c 10 February - 31 July 2025
Days/Hours: Mondays and/Wednesdays or Thursdays, flexible between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm (8 hours per week) 

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements - 
 

The applicant should:

* Have good attention for detail

* Have good administrative skills

* Be comfortable working with a database as main part of job

* Good typing skills – with a high level of accuracy

* Professional manner and mature attitude to the handling of sensitive and confidential data (the successful applicant will be informed about GDPR and asked to sign a confidentiality agreement)

* Experience of doing data inputting onto a database or working with CRMs/excel would be advantageous.
