Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

The Faculty of Arts and Humanities are looking for two interns to assist with the planning, preparation and delivery of a range of internationalisation of the student experience activities for the remainder of the 2024 – 2025 academic year. This will include both social and cultural events to support the growing community of Arts and Humanities international students, and internationalisation of the curriculum activity for all our students. Interns will also gain experience assisting with the preparation, publicity, delivery and reporting for Go Global Week (3 - 7th March 2025), supporting Faculty level activities before during and after the week including preparation of a final report.

Go Global Week delivers international activities both within the taught curriculum across the Faculty and also extra-curricular activities open to all students. This focused week is part of Manchester Met’s commitment to creating international opportunities for both home and international students, ensuring that all of our students graduate with a global outlook and cultural competencies.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
