The Department of Computing & Mathematics is recruiting a number of students to work as Lab Demonstrators during the 2025/2026 academic year. As a Lab Demonstrator, you will provide vital support to fellow students across a range of taught within the department.
Lab Demonstrators will work for between 6 - 10 hours per week during term time and will:
- Assist in lab and/or drop-in sessions for students in the year(s) below on their degree
- Collaborate with academic staff in delivering effective and engaging sessions
- Exhibit patience and compassion when working with students who may be struggling with their coursework
- Utilise knowledge and experience from successfully completing related modules to support students in need

Hours of Work: 6-10 hours each week, fit around your own timetable.
