Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.
 

The Humanities, Languages and Social Science, Manchester Fashion Institute, School of Digital Art and School of Art Departments are looking for student content creators to assist with the generation of new subject-specific marketing resources.

You will be required to participate in filming and content generation projects throughout the year. 

 

Duties:

  • Take part in subject-specific filming events e.g. guest lectures, trips etc.
  • Generate student-led content ideas for the A&H marketing team
  • Film and edit your own content (e.g. Day in the Life of a Fine Art student)

 

Dates: TBC throughout the academic year

Hours of Work: TBC throughout the academic year

Details of briefing/training: A briefing session will be held before each project.

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements - 
  • Currently studying in the School of Digital Art (SODA), Manchester Fashion Institute (MFI), or School of Art
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Able to film and edit social-media style video content.
  • Willing to talk about University experience.
