Student Nurse Facilitator to support MSc Nursing Open Day

Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

The School of Nursing & Public Health require two MSc Nursing Students to support an open day on

12th November, which will take place 1.45-6pm at the Business school.

You will work with the nursing admissions tutors also staffing the event to welcome prospective students, answering any questions about the MSc Nursing programme and life as a student nurse at Manchester Met.

Date: 12th November 2025

Hours of Work:4.25

Details of briefing: You will be briefed at the start of the event, and nursing staff will be available for support.

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements -

- Current MSc Adult Nursing or MSc Mental Health Nursing students

- Available to attend the full event from 1.45 - 6pm on 12th November

- Able to attend the event in uniform that complies with the university uniform requirements

- Comfortable and confident speaking to new people, talking about your MSc Nursing programme, and representing the School of Nursing & Public Health to prospective students

- Able to follow any directions given by the nursing admissions tutors
