Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.
   
  • The School of History, Politics and Philosophy are recruiting a bank of HPP School Student Ambassadors to support the number of the Student Voice and the Student Community activities.

    Roles available to you as the HPP Department Student Ambassador could include:

    • - Contributing to the Student Advisory Panel,
    • - Leading the community-building activities (eg. The book club),
    • -Creating content for the Department's Social Media sites.

    This role is a way to feed into the department to positively impact the experiences of other students, while gaining/improving some of your skills, including: 

    • - Communication
    • - Confidence
    • - Professionalism
    • - Social Awareness
    • - Problem Solving

    No previous experience is needed as paid training will be given where necessary.

    Please note that this is to recruit a group of students to whom ad-hoc roles will be advertised when available. The working hours will vary and you will be able to work flexibly around your studies.
