Clinical Health and Wellness Treatment Administrator - Thriyv

Thriyv is a premier, doctor-led wellness and recovery clinic specialising in advanced recovery and clinical aesthetics. We are looking for an energetic, professional individual to join our team as the first point of contact for our clients. This is a dual-purpose role combining front-of-house excellence with hands-on recovery treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome, manage the reception desk, answer enquiries, and coordinate bookings.

• Clinic Standards: Ensure the facility remains pristine and clinical-grade throughout the day.

• Treatment Delivery: Administer advanced recovery treatments, including Whole Body Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy, under the direct supervision of Dr Callum and the Clinic Manager.

• Client Care: Guide clients through their recovery journey, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.

We are looking for a candidate who does not just "fill" this role but seeks to master it. The ideal person is likely a high-achiever studying a health-related discipline who wants to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world clinical setting.

1. Confidence & Attitude (Essential)

• High-Level Confidence: Must be comfortable being the "face of the clinic," greeting clients and managing the front-of-house with poise.

• Proactive Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to spot what needs doing (cleaning, restocking, prepping rooms) before being asked.

• Exceeding Expectations: We want someone who aims to improve our processes, not just follow them. You should be confident in your ability to learn technical protocols quickly and deliver them flawlessly.

2. Education & Academic Interest (Preferred)

• Relevant Field of Study: Currently studying or holds a degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Physiotherapy, Sports Science, Nursing, or Biology.

• Passion for Wellness: A deep, genuine interest in human physiology, biohacking, and the "science of recovery."

• Clinical Curiosity: A desire to work under the supervision of a Medical Doctor (Dr Callum) to understand the clinical reasoning behind our treatments.

3. Skills & Communication (Essential)

• Articulate Communicator: Able to explain the science of Cryotherapy or Red Light Therapy to clients in a clear, professional, and engaging way.

• Meticulous Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness and clinical hygiene are non-negotiable.

• Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn clinic booking software and comfortable operating medical-grade recovery equipment.

4. Professionalism (Essential)

• Punctuality & Reliability: As a city-centre clinic, our schedule is precise. We need someone we can rely on to be ready for our first clients.

• Discretion: Ability to maintain absolute client confidentiality and uphold the professional reputation of a doctor-led facility.
