Job Description

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.

The Business Diagnostics project at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) is a long-running research initiative designed to help organisations evaluate and improve their strategic and operational performance. At its core, the project has developed a suite of online diagnostic toolkits, i.e., Balance, Clarity, and Intent, tailored to different types of organisations, including start-ups, SMEs, and social enterprises.

As part of the project, the research team has delivered a series of workshops, generating audio recordings, discussions, and qualitative data that contribute to ongoing research.

To support this ongoing work, we are seeking a Research Assistant. The main purpose of this role is to provide research support to colleagues and support staff for the Business Diagnostics Project by contributing to the processing, refinement, and analysis of workshop recordings and transcripts, ensuring high-quality qualitative data to inform research outputs and project development.
