As part of a major transformation programme to modernise the systems that support the student journey, we are recruiting Data Quality Specialists to join our Education Services teams during a period of significant activity.
Your contribution will help support the timely delivery of core services during a high-volume operational period.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop expertise in data quality management and information governance, while gaining experience of working within a large and complex university environment undergoing significant digital transformation.
You will be working as part of the Data, Projects and Reporting Service within the broader remit of Education Services. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

- Maintaining student records and curriculum systems
- Quality assurance checks
- Data cleansing, validation and standardisation
- Supporting business change

Dates: Friday 14 August - Friday 25 September 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week full time.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:45am-4:30pm with an unpaid 45-minute lunch break
Location: 6 Great Marlborough Street, M1 5AL
We will consider candidates who are available for work for at least 75% of the scheduled 6-week duration; or PGT students available for 16-hours weekly throughout the duration of the assignment. Please include your availability within your covering letter.
