Outreach Ambassadors
Would you like some new experiences, opportunities, and a chance to earn more money while doing good for young people across the region?
Then this is the perfect role for you.
About the role
As an Outreach Ambassador, you help promote the range of opportunities at Manchester Met to young people aged 10 to 18.
You work as part of a team with other Outreach Ambassadors, so it’s a great chance to meet new people, make new friends, and always be on hand to support each other.
With many different work options throughout the year, you get to choose what you do and when, meaning you’re always in control. One time, you could help young people who visit our campus. Another time, you could deliver workshops in schools or colleges. You may also:
- Be a mentor
- Support during summer schools
- Work on stands at higher education fairs
- Give presentations on student life at schools, colleges or online
Successful applicants will be invited to attend an interview. Interviews will take place during Weeks
commencing 2 November and 9 November
Please note that if you are already an Outreach Ambassador, you do not need to apply again.
Training: Before you start, will get two hours paid in-person training. The training will take place during weeks commencing 30th November through to 7th December
