Calling all content creators!
Want to help provide prospective undergraduate students with an insight into what life is like at Manchester Met, and what it’s like to study your course?
We’re looking for undergraduate students from the Faculty of Health and Education to create a day in the life of a undergraduate student.
You’ll be sharing what a normal day is like for you as a student at Manchester Met, such as the facilities you use and what you are currently learning on your course, and your top tips for new students and how to get the most out of your studies. We’d also like to see how you like to spend your free time in Manchester, whether it be at restaurant or bar, or relaxing in your student accommodation– all with the aim of convincing future students to choose Manchester Met.
It’s essential you’re passionate about creating video content. You will be given lots of support along the way but, a creative flair and confidence with using your phone to create ‘reels’ and ‘Tik-Tok’ style videos, is a must.
The videos will be used to promote Manchester Met and the courses available in the Faculty of Health and Education. They will be used in email communications, social media, the University website and faculty marketing materials. We are particularly interested in applications from students in the following areas:
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Psychology
- Physiotherapy
- Education
- Social Work
- Social Care
- Nursing
