The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.
Recruitment and Admissions are looking for 5 Confirmation & Clearing Assistants to support the team at a critical point in the year.
The recruited students will support with enquiries over the Confirmation & Clearing period. This will involve them dealing with phone calls from potential students and offer holders, liaising with relevant staff in Course Enquires and Admissions, and providing general admin support to the team.
The students will be required to work on campus at 6 Great Marlborough Street. IT equipment will be provided.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview on 30 June 2025.
Successful applicants will receive (paid) training (dates tbc), which will include details of courses available, entry requirements, confirmation and clearing processes and customer service.
Dates: 14 July - 12 September 2025 (with training on 9 July)
Hours of Work: 21 hours until the 28 July, then 35 hours per week until the 5 September, then back to 21 hours until the 12 September (dependent on phone lines still being open). All hours must be worked between 8:45am-4:15pm Monday-Friday with a 30 minute lunch break. You would be expected to commit to extra hours on the Thursday 14, Friday 15 and Saturday 16 August 2025.
