Would you like to work with the Manchester School of Architecture (MSA) MA Architecture and Urbanism team throughout the 2025/2026 academic year?
We are looking for enthusiastic GTAs to support the programme by helping develop key initiatives, assisting academic staff, and engaging our international student community.
Main Responsibilities
You will support Module Leads and the Programme Lead in activities such as:
- Disseminating weekly Studio / RME / Dissertation work-in-progress through social media.
- Preparing banners, posters, and other materials to advertise exhibitions and events.
- Assisting staff with preparations for the End-of-Year Show.
- Supporting the setup of exhibitions and helping to prepare the Studio Book catalogue.
- Preparing marketing materials to promote the programme.
- Engaging with A&U student representatives.
- Supporting staff in preparation for the External Examiner visit.

- Cities and Urbanism
- Research Methodologies and Events
- Dissertation
- Studio A
- Studio B
- Studio C

Timeframe and Hours
This role is expected to begin from w/c 26 January 2026 and run for approximately 20 weeks, ending around June 2026.
The position will cover roughly 1 day per week (6 hours), divided between two GTAs (3 hours each).
