Event: Gradtrack 2026 – A day of activities designed to mimic a graduate assessment centre.

Job Summary:
We are seeking student photographers to capture professional headshots of undergraduate participants at a LinkedIn pop-up during the Grad Track 2026 event. The ideal candidate will have experience in portrait photography and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to ensure high-quality images are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate photography equipment to capture high-quality professional headshots.
• Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and composition for all images.
• Engage with students professionally and make them feel comfortable during their headshots.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate all participants within the allocated event period.
• Edit and retouch images to a professional standard within the allocated timeframe.
• Deliver final edited photos promptly, ensuring they meet the required quality and specifications.
• Attend a mandatory pre-event briefing to understand the event setup, expectations, and guidelines.

  • 08:45 – 11:15
  • 11:45 – 14:15
  • 14:45 – 17:15
  • (Photographers may be assigned up to two time slots.)
   Mandatory Pre-Event Briefing:
• Date: 16th March 2025
• Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  
• Editing Time Allocation: 4 hours per event covered
