We are seeking 1 student photographer with an eye for detail and a passion for capturing key moments. This role is a great opportunity to build your photography portfolio while supporting a key university event
Event to be covered:
- Keynote speakers on stage
- Audience engagement and atmosphere in the main theatre
- Award presentations and panel discussions
- Visit seminar rooms throughout the day to photograph sessions and interactions
- Take candid and posed shots during registration, refreshment breaks, and networking
- Ensure a good mix of wide shots, close-ups, and crowd engagement images
- Be respectful and non-disruptive during presentations and sessions
- Potential to video capture interview with delegates
- Help to judge image competition on the day
Date: 2, July 2026
Hours of Work: 07.45am to 5pm (this will include 50% editing time as well)
Details of training: Meet on 25 June 11:00-11:30 for training.
Please note: Meet at the Business School Building reception on Thursday 25th June from 11:00-11:30 am for training/briefing.
You will be requested to wear a yellow event assistant t-shirt for the event, and this will be provided to you.
